Rusty Brown is the president of the Northern Neck Region, Union Bank & Trust, in Warsaw, Virginia. He is also the owner of Cobham Hall Farm, a grain and timber farm. He serves as a director of Northern Neck Electric Cooperative and of the VA-MD-DE Association of Electric Cooperatives, as well as the vice chair of the VA-MD-DE Association of Electric Cooperatives Educational Scholarship Foundation and treasurer of the Richmond County Industrial Development Authority, all located in Warsaw, Virginia.
He joined the CoBank board in 2017 and is a member of the Risk Committee.
Mr. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and has received several diplomas and certificates from banking schools.
